Grilled Prawns with Asian Noodles

Our new Asian Noodle Salad is a delicious, fresh option for any meal. Available in our deli range, this salad contains Weich's Barossa Valley Egg Noodle, choy sum and crunchy vegetables in a sesame, soy and ginger dressing. Try it today on its own or in this festive serving suggestion!

INGREDIENTS:

1 tub Sunfresh Asian Noodle Salad
250g Raw prawns in shell
25g Honey
40g Sweet soy sauce
30g Sugar
30g Lime juice
30ml Fish sauce

METHOD:

  1.  Peel and devein the prawns, leaving the head on.
  2.  In a bowl, mix together all other ingredients until well combined.
  3.  Marinate the prawns in this mixture for 30 minutes.
  4.  Heat up grill plate, and cook both sides of the prawns for approximately 2 minutes, being careful not to overcook.
  5. Spread Asian Noodle Salad over a large platter, and top with grilled prawns to serve.
